It is the commitment of Traffic Troopers, Inc. to ensure our place of work is free from negative performance or behavior that is considered to be unsatisfactory, unacceptable, or inappropriate related to the traffic control services we provide to our customers.

This letter serves as a written notice to ALL employees:

Neglect (Duties Not Discharged) can or will be viewed as willful misconduct if the employee knowingly, or deliberately fails to perform or repeatedly performs negatively at work sites.

Examples of negative work performance:

• Taking long breaks
• Sitting in company or personal vehicle at work sites and not performing job duties
• Seen on cell phone while flagging
• Late to work sites etc.
